This is a County initiated request for property located north of Martinique Dr, east of Highlands by The Lake Way, west of Shore Dr, east of the city of Lakeland, in Section 10, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on August 7, 2024, with a recommendation for approval.
