Review/Approve Amendments to the TPO’s Bylaws

DESCRIPTION
Staff will request the Board to review and approve the Draft Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Bylaws as attached. The existing bylaws were revised to include changes made necessary due to the implementation of the new TPO Membership Reapportionment Plan. A strikeout (deletions) and underline (additions) version of the Draft TPO Bylaws is provided as Attachment 2. The proposed changes to the bylaws are located on pages 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9.
RECOMMENDATION
The TAC has recommended the TPO Board approve the proposed revisions to the TPO Bylaws.
