Approve HOME rehabilitation/replacement program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-CDBG-002 in the amount of $190,112.50 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,752.20 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $197,864.70.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this CDBG rehabilitation/replacement program agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
