DESCRIPTION
The Real Estate Services Division requested procurement to solicit proposals for the purpose of selecting experienced and qualified firms to provide real estate acquisition services on a continuing basis. Services include acquisition and condemnation services, right-of-way/property cost estimating, relocation services, and preparation of condemnation suit packages in conjunction with the County Attorney’s Office.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-381, Acquisition Services was issued, and four vendors submitted proposals. On July 16, 2024, the Board authorized staff to negotiate master service agreements with the four firms. These firms are as follows: American Acquisition Group, LLC, Florida Acquisition & Appraisal, Inc., HDR Engineering, Inc., and Independence Acquisition & Appraisal, LLC.
The term of the master services agreements is for a five (5) year period.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve master service agreements with American Acquisition Group, LLC, Florida Acquisition & Appraisal, Inc., HDR Engineering, Inc., and Independence Acquisition & Appraisal, LLC for RFP 24-381, Acquisition Services. (No fiscal impact)
