Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR24-S-IAN-013 in the amount of $198,595.00 for home replacement and Hurricane Recovery Program Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,182.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $206,777.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
