Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR24-SHIP-IAN-017 in the amount of $194,950.00 for home replacement and Hurricane Recovery Program Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,537.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $202,487.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
