Approve Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use in conjunction with the Bone Valley ATV Connection (Bridge) Construction Project. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The Polk County Parks and Natural Resources Division recently completed a project to construct a bridge over County Road 630 to provide a safe connection for motorized vehicles between Phases 1 and 2 of the Bone Valley ATV Park which lie on either side of the County road. The construction of the bridge was funded, in part, by a grant from the State of Florida. In accordance with the agreement and by reference therein Chapter 62S-2 F.A.C., the land developed by the County with the grant assistance shall be dedicated as an outdoor recreation area for the use and benefit of the general public. Approving the Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use will satisfy the above stated requirement of the financial assistance provided by FDEP. Similar notices were previously approved which currently encumber both phases of the park in conjunction with prior grants issued for the park improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the aforementioned Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use.
