Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR24-S-IAN-018 in the amount of $199,562.50 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,177.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $207,739.70.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
