DESCRIPTION
Recently the County was informed that the Board is responsible, in accordance with s. 194.015, Fla. Stat. and Florida Administrative Code 12D-9.004, for appointing the chair of the Value of Adjustment Board (VAB). At the October 13, 2023, meeting, the VAB appointed Commissioner Neil Combee as the chair.
RECOMMENDATION
Ratify the appointment of Commissioner Neil Combee as the Chair of the Value Adjustment Board.
