DESCRIPTION
A County-initiated LDC Text Amendment to amend Chapter 2 to limit the size of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to 1,000 square-feet; to increase the setbacks for sheds to three feet; to provide exceptions for accessory structures on waterfront properties; and to amend standards for the construction and maintenance of fences.
