DESCRIPTION
The applicant, Kendra McBee, is requesting a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment on behalf of the property owners, SAR Industries LLC, to change the Future Land Use Designations from Employment Center (ECX) to Residential Medium (RMX) on 18.35 +/- acres of a total 23.78 +/- acres of property in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA). The remaining acreage would be left as ECX. Site is located south of Bowen Road, west of US Highway 92, east of County Road 547, and north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, north of the City of Davenport, in Sections 22, Township 26, and Range 27.
