DESCRIPTION
The applicant, Kendra McBee, is requesting a Land Development Code text amendment to Appendix E, Parcel Specific Land Use, on behalf of the property owners, SAR Industries LLC, to put conditions of buffering and development on the 23.78 +/- acres of property in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA). This case is related to LDCPAL-2024-27. Site is located south of Bowen Road, west of US Highway 92, east of County Road 547, and north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, north of the City of Davenport, in Sections 22, Township 26, and Range 27.
