DESCRIPTION
The Board of County Commissioners employed Allen Norton & Blue, P. A. (the “Consultant”) to provide a review of the management of the Polk County Fire Rescue Division (the “Project”). The agreement provided for a budget of $50,000.00 for completion of the Project, however, the costs of completion have exceeded $50,000.00. The final invoice to the County, including all costs, amount to $69,421.86. The County and Consultant wish to amend Sections 1.2 and 3.1.1 of the Agreement to allow payment of the final invoice.
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend Board approve the Addendum to the Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the County Attorney budget within the General Fund.
