DESCRIPTION
RaceTrac - Winter Haven is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on June 19, 2023, RaceTrac - Winter Haven is located in the Central Regional Utility Service Area in S-33, T-28, R-25, and is located on West US Highway 540 in Winter Haven, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the RaceTrac - Winter Haven potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and wastewater utility system improvements of RaceTrac - Winter Haven for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
