DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located South of Bowen Road, north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, west of US Highway 92, east of County Road 547, and north of Davenport, in Section 22, Township 26, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held January 8, 2025, with a recommendation for approval by a 6:1 vote.

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for February 18, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
