DESCRIPTION
Outside Counsel is retained by Commercial Risk Management, Inc. for the purpose of providing workers’ compensation defense on behalf of the County. Vecchio Carrier Feldman & Johannesen (VCFJ) has assisted the County for many years with excellent results. This Agreement contains rates and terms that are significantly more attractive than the open market based upon the degree of experience and expertise provided by VCFJ.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Outside Counsel Agreement with Vecchio Carrier Feldman & Johannesen.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Risk Management General Fund Budget.
