DESCRIPTION
A County-initiated LDC Text Amendment to amend Chapter 2 to limit the size of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and provide for a variance process; to increase the setbacks for sheds to district standards; to provide exceptions for accessory structures on lakefront properties; and amend Chapter 9 to allow for a variance process for ADUs.
