DESCRIPTION
This is a County-initiated request to amend Land Development Code Section 222 to allow ten-foot setbacks for structures for the sheltering and feeding of livestock and fowl; to limit the number of fowl to be kept on certain residential properties; prohibiting roosters and other disruptive fowl on certain residential properties; and amending Chapter 9, Section 930, Variances and Special Exceptions, to conform with these changes.
