DESCRIPTION
Case #DR24-SHIP-IAN-017 was approved for rehabilitation on October 15, 2024, with a mortgage of $194,950.00 and a grant agreement of $7,537.20, for a total project cost of $202,487.20. During the rehabilitation it was determined that additional work is needed to remove a large oak tree including root ball and feeder roots obstructing sewer line, replace with canopy oak tree, sewer taps from lateral to property line, and repair asphalt cut to access lateral. The cost of the additional repairs will be $8,580.00 and the additional recording costs will be $58.00. This increases the mortgage to $203,530.00 and the grant agreement to $7,595.20, for a total project cost of $211,125.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP HHRP modification rehabilitation program agreement modification.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
