DESCRIPTION
Brentwood Townhomes Phases 4 and 5 is a 290-unit townhouse development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on January 9, 2024, Brentwood Townhomes Phases 4 and 5 is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-17, T-32S, R-19E, and is located on Draintree Street in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Brentwood Townhomes Phases 4 and 5 potable, reclaim, and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable, reclaimed, and wastewater utility system improvements of Brentwood Townhomes Phases 4 and 5 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
