DESCRIPTION
Cascades Subdivision Phase 3 is a 344 lot subdivision development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on June 1, 2022, Cascades Subdivision Phase 3 is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-30, T-26S, R-27E, and is located on FDC Grove Road in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Cascades Subdivision Phase 3 potable, reclaim, and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable, reclaimed, and wastewater utility system improvements of Cascades Subdivision Phase 3 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
