DESCRIPTION
Solid Waste requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for surveying, designing, permitting, construction bid preparation, and construction administration for the new landfill phase to be constructed at the North Central Landfill.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-071, Engineering Services for Phase IV Landfill was issued, and one vendor submitted a proposal. The selection committee met on Monday, February 3, 2025, to evaluate and score the proposal. After the scoring meeting, the consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc.
