Summary:
Pursuant to the TPO Bylaws, staff will request the Board to elect a chair and vice-chair for the 2025 calendar year. The Bylaws state the chair and vice-chair can serve for a period of two (2) years. The current chair and vice-chair were appointed in 2024 and are eligible to continue serving in these roles in 2025.
Recommended Action:
Appointment of a Chair and Vice-Chair to the TPO Board.
