DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation from Employment Center (ECX) to Residential Medium (RMX) for 18.35 +/- acres of a 23.78 +/- acre parcel located on the east side of County Road 547, south of Bowen Road, north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, west of US Highway 92, north of the City of Davenport, in Section 22, Township 26, Range 27.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on January 8, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (6:1).
