DESCRIPTION
The Board had previously identified the necessity of improvements to the intersection of CR 630 at CR 630A consisting of the construction of a roundabout, Project No. 5400188 (“Project”). The resolution of necessity authorizing condemnation for the Project was scheduled to be placed on the February 4, 2025, agenda. At the agenda review for the February 4, 2025, agenda the Board directed the resolution of necessity to be removed from the agenda. The proposed resolution terminates the Project.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution Terminating the Project for Transportation Improvements to the Intersection of CR 630 at CR 630A, Project No. 54100188.
