The applicant is requesting approval of a waiver to LDC Section 705.B necessary to allow the issuance of building permits for four residential lots to gains access solely via easement. The subject site is located South of Cox Road, north of Alturas Babson Park Cutoff Road, east of Reynolds Road, west of Pitt Road, southeast of the City of Bartow in Section 17, Township 30, Range 26.
