DESCRIPTION
Dave Schmitt requests a Conditional Use (CU) approval to allow for 240 short term rental units within the Posner Reserve Phase 1D Planned Development in a Regional Activity Center district in the North Ridge Selected Area Plan on +/-22 acres. The subject site is located north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, south of Interstate 4, east of US 27, west of Grandview Boulevard, northeast of Haines City, in Section 17, Township 26, Range 27.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval with conditions.
