DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located at 3135 Knights Station Road, north of Knights Station Road, west of North Galloway Road, west of the City of Lakeland, in Section 04, Township 28, Range 23.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on September 2, 2026, with a recommendation of approval. (Vote 7:0). Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local government board to take action on the property amendment.
