On January 17, 2023, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond and rider No. LICX1203229 in the amount of $69,776.17. A warranty inspection was performed on December 19, 2023, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond and rider No. LICX1203229 in the amount of $69,776.17.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond and rider No. LICX1203229 in the amount of $69,776.17 for Madison Place Townhomes Phase 2.
