Authorize a County Deed to Westside Haines City Community Development District conveying the County’s interest in multiple platted and unmaintained rights-of-way. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
Several developments to the west of FDC Grove Road in the northeast portion of the County, which are within the boundaries of the Westside Haines City Community Development District (“CDD”), are going through various stages of the development process with the City of Haines City (“City”). Multiple platted and unmaintained rights-of-way have been identified which lie within, or adjacent to, the proposed residential developments and which lie outside of the municipal boundaries of the City. The CDD has requested the County convey its interest in four segments of said rights-of-way so that it may address them through the development process as it progresses and has provided legal descriptions for the requested segments. Authorizing a County Deed to the CDD will convey the County’s interest in subject rights-of-way which will allow the CDD address them during the development process.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board authorize the aforementioned County Deed to Westside Haines City Community Development District for the County’s interest in the subject platted and unmaintained rights-of-way.
