The subject property is located at 4200 East Highway 630, east of Walk in Water Rd, north of Lake Arbuckle, east of Frostproof in Section 20, Township 31, Range 29. Section 907 of the LDC requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on December 6, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 6:0).
