DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Management Division requested Procurement solicit proposals from qualified contractors for the purpose of providing construction manager at risk continuing services. The firms will work during the design, bid/award, construction and County occupancy phases with County selected architectural and engineering firms on capital construction projects with a construction value up to $7,500,000.00. The construction value will be adjusted annually by the State using the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers.
Request for Proposal RFP 25-544, Construction Manager at Risk Continuing Services was issued, and sixteen proposals were received. The selection committee met on September 11, 2025, and elevated the eight highest scored firms to interviews. On September 29, 2025, the selection committee interviewed and ranked the eight firms. The consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into negotiations with all eight firms. The following is a listing of the firms and their rankings:
