Approve two new appointments and six reappointments to the Contractor Licensing Board

DESCRIPTION
The Contractor Licensing Board (CLB) has six members whose terms ended on December 31, 2024. All six members have indicated the desire to be reappointed to the CLB for another three-year term, and there are two new board member appointments that will serve three-year terms. There are no term limits for this board.
New Appointments:
Ralph E. Putnam
Fabian Boykin
Reappointments:
Marvin Hammer serving honorably since 1976
Carl Locke serving honorably since 2010
David Pearce serving honorably since 2000
Ralph Price serving honorably since 2000
John Scott serving honorably since 2006
Brett Garber serving honorably since 2021
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board to approve two new appointments and the six reappointments to the Contractor Licensing Board.
