DESCRIPTION
On April 16, 2024, the Board approved CSA No. 22-081-04 with the Consultant to provide temporary staff to the Roads & Drainage Division, Project Management Section at a cost not-to-exceed fee of $192,000. The on-loan Project Manager began working full-time, as an independent contractor, on county projects on April 22, 2024. Through CSA modifications, the on-loan Project Manager has continued to provide professional services for the County through the middle of January 2026. This CSA modification is needed to pay for these professional services through the end of March 2026. At that time, it is anticipated that all of the Project Manager vacancies will be filled by full-time county employees. This CSA modification will cover 476 hours of Consultant services as detailed in Exhibit A of CSA Modification No. 4.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Modification No. 4 to CSA No. 22-081-04 with the Consultant in the amount of $99,960, resulting in a new total contract amount of $693,480 to provide temporary staff to the Roads & Drainage Division, Project Management Section.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Millage Fund.
