Review and Approval of the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC)’s Rate Calculation Model/CTC Reimbursement Rates for the July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027, Trip Equipment Grant

SUMMARY
The Rate Model is a standard form which the CTC uses to calculate the reimbursement rate for the Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD’s) Trip Equipment Grant, for the FY 2026-27. The calculations are based upon the Allocations table for the Trip-Equipment Grant.
As of this date, the 2026-27 Allocation Rates for the Trip and Equipment Grant(s) have not been released from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. Therefore, the Rate Model for FY 2026-27 has not been distributed to the Polk County CTC in time to be distributed prior to the Polk TD LCB meeting
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Review the CTC’s approved Rate Model (if it is available at the June 15 meeting) and take action to approve it. (If the Rate Model for FY 2026-27 has been received in time to be distributed to the Polk TD LCB meeting, if not, then the LCB would be asked to take action on the Rate Model and approve at the September 14, 2026, LCB meeting.
