Accept an Access Easement from SP Ridge Apartments LLC, in conjunction with the CR 540A Booster Station. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The owner of a tract of land located along the south side of CR 540A, to the east of Lakeland Highlands Road, is in the process of developing the property as a multifamily residential development. The development is a flag shaped tract which is utilizing the stem of the tract for its entrance drive. The County has an existing easement over the stem portion of the property for an access drive from CR 540A to a potable water booster station located on County owned property to the east. The County’s access drive is proposed to be relocated and reconstructed in conjunction with the development’s entrance drive. A portion of the proposed new County access road will lie outside of the existing easement and the County requested an additional easement to accommodate the relocated access drive. The owner/developer has agreed to the request and has executed and delivered an Access Easement to the County. Accepting the Access Easement will give the County the easement needed to access the booster station site over the relocated drive.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the afore-mentioned Access Easement.
