DESCRIPTION
The amendment to the behavioral health services agreement will allow Ibis Healthcare, Inc. to continue providing behavioral health care services to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan.
The agreement was effective October 1, 2023 with Cove Behavioral Health, Inc. Effective July 1, 2025, Cove Behavioral Health, Inc. merged with Mental Health Care, Inc. d/b/a Gracepoint to become Ibis Healthcare, Inc. The agreement was assigned to Ibis Healthcare, Inc. effective July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025. This first amendment effective October 1, 2025 extends the term of the agreement through September 30, 2028, adjusts the fee schedule, and allows for more billable services.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the first amendment to the Polk HealthCare Plan Behavioral Health Services Agreement with Ibis Healthcare, Inc. for behavioral health care services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Funds.
