DESCRIPTION

The most recent NWRUSA Master Plan Update was completed in 2016 which addressed infrastructure improvements to meet immediate needs and future demands through Fiscal Year (FY) 2040.  2016 growth projections and infrastructure demands must be compared against actual growth patterns as well as system/facilities capabilities.  Changes in regulatory policy also continue to shape public sector plans for future infrastructure improvements.  This NWRUSA Master Plan Update Project will address facility needs for potable water and wastewater systems and will set forth a plan for future growth by identifying capital improvement projects to meet projected demands through FY 2045.  The County has requested that the Consultant provide engineering services in support of the project.
