On March 5, 2024, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. 301280C in the amount of $10,000.00. A warranty inspection was performed on February 14, 2025, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. 301280C in the amount of $10,000.00.
