DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the East side of State Road 37 (SR 37), north of the Hardee County line, ±14.10 miles southwest of the City of Fort Meade, in Section 29, Township 32 South, Range 23 East. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on October 7, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).

Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for November 3, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for January 19, 2027, at 9:15 a.m.
