DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Thornhill Road, east of Lake Hancock, and north of the City of Bartow, in Sections 3 & 10, Township 29, Range 25.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 9, 2025, with a recommendation for approval with a vote of 4:3.
