DESCRIPTION
On June 2, 2026, the Board held a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to deny LDCU-2025-38. At the conclusion of the De Novo hearing, the Board voted 5-0 to deny the proposed Planned Development application without prejudice. Pursuant to Florida Statutes section 125.022, the Board must adopt a written order specifying the reason for denial.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board adopt the written order denying LDCU-2025-38 without prejudice.
