Approve new Subscription Agreement with Agile Assets, Inc. (a Trimble company) for the consolidated licenses of the Pavement Analyst, Structures Inspector, Structures Analyst, and Maintenance Manager software previously authorized by the County Manager on July 20, 2021, (subscription fee of $81,202.50 for remainder of year one, $116,931.60 for year two, and $126,285.42 for year three, for a period not to exceed three (3) years).

DESCRIPTION
In July 2021, the County Manager signed the current Subscription Agreement for the Pavement Analyst, Structures Inspector, Structures Analyst, and Maintenance Manager software modules with AgileAssets. A 3-month extension was also signed by the County Manager on July 15, 2024, which extended the subscription through September 30, 2024, for a fee of $27,067.50.
The new agreement, a three (3) year subscription that is valid through June 2027, will be for the same module suite, but now through Trimble as they acquired Agile Assets in December 2021. The new subscription renewal is proposed for a three (3) year period at a total cost of $81,202.50 for the remaining nine months of year one, $116,931.60 for year two, and $126,285.42 for year three.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the Subscription Agreement with Agile Assets, Inc. for the continued use of the consolidated software package to include Pavement Analyst, Structures Inspector, Structures Analyst, and Maintenance Manager modules.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds in the amount of $81,202.50 are budgeted and available through the Transportation Millage Fund Asset Management Operating.
