DESCRIPTION
The Utilities Division requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide CMAR services for both the Northwest and Southwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Projects.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-688, Construction Manager at Risk - Northwest and Southwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements was issued, and three vendors submitted proposals. The selection committee met on January 6, 2026, and elevated all three vendors to interviews. On January 15, 2026, the selection committee received presentations from the three proposers. After the interviews, the consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into negotiations with all proposers that were interviewed, beginning with the highest ranked proposer for each respective project, Vogel Bros. Building Co. for the Southwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project and PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. for the Northwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements project.
