DESCRIPTION
Minnesota Avenue Waterline is a utility extension development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on July 21, 2023, Minnesota Avenue Waterline is located in the Southeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-33, T-30, R-28, and is located on Ross Street in Babson Park, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Minnesota Avenue Waterline potable water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board accept the potable water utility system improvements of Minnesota Avenue Waterline for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
