DESCRIPTION
The CR 547 @ 10th Street Project is included in the Roads & Drainage Division FY 25/26 CIP budget. Construction of the project is complete. During construction, additional design services were required to revise the final plans and coordinate the project with roadway improvements constructed by others within the project limits. These design revisions, along with the need to accommodate the previously constructed roadway improvements, resulted in change orders and construction quantities overruns.
The proposed budget amendment will provide the additional funding necessary to cover these unanticipated project costs.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve a CIP Amendment and budget transfer from the Transportation Trust Fund Reserve for Budget Stabilization in the amount of $212,866 to the CR 547 @ 10th Street Project for a new FY 25/26 project budget of $830,066.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available for transfer within the Transportation Trust Fund Reserve for Budget Stabilization.
