DESCRIPTION

The applicants, Robert and Ann Baker, are requesting a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Designations from Business Park Center (BPC-2X) to Residential Low (RL-1X) on a 2.28-acre parcel of property in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA), TCCO Corridor in Center, and the US 98 Selected Area Plan (SAP). Site is located south of State Road 540, west of Elam Road, east of US Highway 98, and north of Lake Hancock Road, north of the City of Bartow, in Sections 11, Township 29, and Range 24.
