DESCRIPTION
Ascend Highlands Reserve is a master infrastructure development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on November 16, 2023, Ascend Highlands Reserve is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-13, T-25, R-26, and is located on Dornoch Street in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Ascend Highlands Reserve potable water and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and reclaim water utility system improvements of Ascend Highlands Reserve for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
