DESCRIPTION
Chick-Fil-A is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on October 25, 2024, Chick-Fil-A is located in the Southwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-23, T-29, R-23, and is located on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Chick-Fil-A potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and wastewater utility system improvements of Chick-Fil-A for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
