DESCRIPTION
Case RC22-SHIP-020 was approved for rehabilitation on September 19, 2023, with a mortgage of $176,100.00 and a grant agreement of $8,969.20, for a total project cost of $185.069.20. During the rehabilitation it was determined that the City of Haines City requires two trees be planted in the front of the house. The additional cost of the trees is $1,000.00 and the additional recording costs will be $31.00. This increases the mortgage to $177,100.00 and the grant agreement to $9,000.20, for a total project cost of $186,100.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation program agreement modification.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
